Meet Colleen

Colleen Moran Personal Trainer about

An ACE Certified Personal trainer since 2009, Colleen also has a degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Although she enjoyed that work, her real passion is for fitness and health.

Colleen trains a wide range in ages and abilities, from High School to Seniors, athletes to rehab. Specifically she has trained athletes prepping for ice hockey, football, golf, tennis, skiing, pickleball and the Scottish highland games. Her rehab experience ranges from joint replacements to reconstructive surgeries to basic injuries.
